We loved staying here! Such a beautiful setting and a perfect accommodation. The kitchen is the best we have experienced and we cooked lots of lovely meals eating them overlooking the lake, perfect!!!! Beds are comfortable and good sheets and towels supplied. The location is so good, short walk to the lake and town. We swam in the lake every day. We found English people are very welcome in the area and Gerardmer is a perfect base for exploring the Voges and Alsace as well as being a lovely location for a holiday. Really good value for money. Book direct with the owner, he is a good communicator and helpful.
